Virgin Islands National Park is located on the island of St. John. The park covers about 2/3 of the small island.

The ferry ride to St. John and Virgin Islands National Park is about 20-30 minutes depending on the weather.

We LOVED the Gallows Point Resort right in Cruz Bay, St. John which is the most happening place on the island.

Beaches, Sites, and Hiking

We experienced some of the island’s wildlife, i.e. wild donkeys that you see all over the island. These donkeys are small, cute and slightly aggressive.
